De Young Properties is seeking a full-time, detail-oriented Sales Coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced office environment and has a positive, team-oriented attitude paired with a strong work ethic. The sales coordinator is responsible for extensive record keeping of sales transactions and reporting. This position works closely with the CFO, Sales Manager, Sales Agents, and Lenders as well as the title company to ensure the timeliness, accuracy and efficiency of the closing process. The pay range for this position is $23.50 - $27.50 per hour, and includes benefits.

Key Responsibilities:
- Contract Management
- Draft, review and edit contracts and contract policies
- Prepare and maintain Special Full Tract & Multi-Tract Acknowledgements
- Handle all documentation for the DRE and coordinate with facilitator.
- Sales Processing and Coordination
- Manage the complete sales contract process up to the close of escrow.
- Review and process documents including contracts, personal selection agreement, Stipulations, Notice to Perform, cancellations, and associated payments.
- Release homes to construction.
- Coordinate with sales teams, lenders, title companies, and appraisers regarding contract details and escrow timelines.
- Participate in mortgage and construction meetings, ensuring clear communication and documentation of decisions.
- Data and File Management
- Maintain and update sales and construction databases, including SSS and WMS.
- Update reports related to reservations, sales, PS, incentives and closings in Google sheets and excel files for sales and accounting teams.
- Organize and maintain master files of buyers.
- Create and update internal documents and software for new tracts
- Manage user profiles in Sales Simplicity and DocuSign
- Sales and Marketing Support
- Produce and disburse sales binders and marketing materials for new tracts.
- Prepare buyer gifts
- Prepare, upload and review AVID Surveys
- Participate in the community team committee activities
- Assist in various events such as the following but not limited to Welcome Centers, Pre-Grand Openings, St. Jude Dream House events
- Other sales projects as assigned.
- Administrative and Safety Responsibilities
- Participate in the organization and cleaning of the warehouse for
- Coordinate safety training and meetings
- Other admin projects as assigned.
- Design consultant support
- Serve as the primary back up to the Design Consultant, as appropriate
Education/Experience:
- High school diploma required; B.A. degree or associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school preferred; one-year or more of related experience ; or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
Qualifications:
- Real Estate License preferred, not required.
- Notary license preferred, not required.
- CA Driver's License required.
- Clear background check.
- Previous experience in a fast-paced office environment.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft word, excel, outlook and google sheets. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Exceptional communication skills and a professional demeanor.
