    _ ** What You'll Do
    ** As the Sales Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the sales team and ensuring operational efficiency. Your responsibilities will include:

    Quote and Order Management

    • Prepare and send timely and accurate quotes to customers based on requests from the sales team.
    • Ensure all necessary details, such as pricing, availability, and customer information, are correct before sending quotes.
    • Track outstanding quotes and communicate updates to the sales team.
    • Process approved orders in the system and coordinate with logistics to ensure equipment delivery or pickup.

    Sales Team Support

    • Maintain and update the CRM system with customer interactions, quotes, and deal progress.
    • Generate sales reports and track key performance metrics for internal use.
    • Assist the sales team with administrative tasks such as scheduling, document preparation, and data entry.
    • Coordinate with internal departments, including inventory, logistics, and service, to ensure smooth order fulfillment.

    Customer and Vendor Coordination

    • Work with vendors and internal teams to confirm equipment availability and pricing.
    • Assist customers with paperwork, including credit applications and rental agreements.

    Event and Promotional Support

    • Assist in organizing sales events, open houses, and trade shows.

    What We're Looking For

    • At least one year of experience in sales support, customer service, or a related administrative role. Experience in the equipment rental, construction, or industrial sector is a plus.
    • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and quoting tools.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • High attention to detail and ability to anticipate the needs of the sales team.
    • A self-starter who can work independently but also collaborate effectively within a team.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
