As the Sales Coordinator , you will be responsible for handling incoming telephone calls and web leads, converting cleaning services to potential customers by phone, scheduling customers, and communicating with cleaning teams. You will also help maintain social media postings on Facebook, Instagram, and other outlets. You will receive training on Maid Right's cleaning system.

Responsibilities:

Handle incoming telephone calls and web leads

Schedule customers and communicate with cleaning teams

Ensure customer satisfaction

Maintain customer database and schedule

Assist with other office duties as needed
