    Gerhard’s Appliance, a family-run company with over 80 years of experience, is expanding to Phoenixville, PA! We are looking for a dedicated Sales Coordinator / Office Administrator to be the backbone of our new showroom. If you have excellent organizational skills, enjoy working in a customer-focused environment, and thrive in a fast-paced setting, we’d love to hear from you!

    Key Responsibilities:

    Greet clients as they arrive at the showroom and direct them to a sales consultant.

    Answer incoming calls and assist with inquiries.

    Process and write up sales transactions.

    Schedule and book service calls for clients.

    Collaborate effectively with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.

    Maintain showroom standards, ensuring a clean and professional environment.

    Organize and manage store paperwork.

    Handle bank runs and other administrative errands as needed.

    Serve as the primary point of contact for the location, working closely with the Sales Director and Showroom Manager.

    Assist with various project-based tasks to support business operations.

    Qualifications & Skills:

    Previous experience in a customer service, administrative, or retail environment preferred.

    Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

    Highly organized with great attention to detail.

    Ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy showroom setting.

    Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and ability to learn internal systems.

    Professional and friendly demeanor with a focus on client experience.

    Must be reliable and proactive in handling responsibilities.
