    We are seeking a proactive Sales Coordinator to support our sales team in managing customer accounts, processing orders, and coordinating sales-related activities. This role involves close collaboration with sales and production to ensure client satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and experience in a busy production environment.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Sales Team Support:

    · Scheduling sales appointments and managing sales team calendars

    · Preparing sales presentations and ensuring sales materials are updated

    · Generating sales reports and analyzing sales data

    · Providing administrative support to sales representatives

    · Sales tracking: regularly monitor sales progress against the plan and identify potential issues.

    · Sales meeting coordination: schedule and attend sales meetings, including agenda preparation and minutes.

    · Sales documentation management: maintain sales documentation such as sales plans, reports, and meeting notes.

    Customer Relationship Management:

    · Act as a primary point of contact for customers regarding order updates and follow-ups.

    · Answering customer inquiries and addressing concerns

    · Processing orders and confirming details with customers

    · Following up with customers on order status and delivery updates

    Qualifications & Skills:

    Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, or a related field (preferred).

    1-5 years of experience in sales coordination, customer service, or order management.

    Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

    Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.

    Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

    Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

    Knowledge of manufacturing processes, supply chain, and logistics (preferred).
