In this role, you will inspire prospective residents and their families to make one of the most important decisions of their lives—choosing a vibrant, life-enriching community. You will work closely with leadership, marketing teams, and prospective clients to meet and exceed sales goals, while ensuring a smooth and supportive transition for future residents. You will oversee marketing strategies, collaborate on leasing opportunities, and manage the entire sales cycle.
What We Are Looking For
- Proven Sales Expertise: Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales/marketing for Life Plan Communities or Independent Senior Living.
- Dynamic Communication Skills: Ability to connect with diverse audiences and guide them through complex decisions.
- Data-Driven Professional: Adept at using data to inform decision-making and advance sales strategies.
- Bachelor’s Degree Preferred: Business, Marketing, Psychology, or related field strongly preferred.
- Customer-Centric Approach: A passion for delivering exceptional service and building lasting relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive occupancy growth through innovative marketing campaigns and resident engagement strategies.
- Guide prospective residents with empathy and professionalism during tours and consultations.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to optimize digital presence, including property websites and advertising.
- Develop and implement effective pricing strategies based on market trends and competitor analysis.
- Prepare and present monthly reports on sales, occupancy, and marketing performance to key stakeholders.
