Job Summary:
We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales and Customer Service Representatives to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients' customers, providing information, processing sales, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a seamless and enjoyable customer experience. You will play a crucial role in driving sales, building customer loyalty, and representing our clients' brands with excellence.
Responsibilities:
Sales:
Proactively promote and sell parties, events, memberships, packages, tickets, and other products/services for our businesses.
Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products or services to maximize sales opportunities.
Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using our CRM and POS systems.
Meet and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Provide detailed information on pricing, promotions, and product/service features.
Customer Service:
Answer inbound calls and respond to emails and chat inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Provide accurate information about facility hours, locations, services, and policies.
Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Process reservations, bookings, and cancellations.
Maintain accurate customer records and update information in our CRM system.
Handle inquiries regarding memberships, billing, and account management.
Provide exceptional customer service, creating a positive and memorable experience.
Escalate complicated issues to the appropriate team members.
General:
Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, promotions, and company policies.
Collaborate with team members to achieve shared goals.
Participate in training sessions and team meetings.
Adhere to call center standards and procedures.
Maintain a positive and professional attitude.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (some college preferred).
Proven experience in sales and customer service, preferably in a call center environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong sales acumen and the ability to meet sales targets.
Proficiency in using CRM and POS systems.
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
Positive attitude and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
Sunday availability a must.
Bilingual skills are a plus.
Experience in the fitness or entertainment industry is a plus.
