Requirements:
· Must have Sales and Customer Service experience
· Successful background interacting with customers on behalf of an organization.
· Ability to clearly communicate information about products, effectively respond to phone and email inquiries with courtesy, build trust and customer loyalty.
· Respond to product orders, process purchase orders quickly and provide exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
· Take orders, respond to customers complaints, and process returns.
· Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers.
· Prospect and contact potential customers.
· Reach agreed upon sales targets by the deadline.
· Resolve customer inquiries, complaints and returns.
· Must be able to interact with customers on behalf of an organization, provide information about products and services.
Qualifications:
· Operations and customer service experience in a consumer product company.
· 2 years of experience supporting product sales and delivering strong customer support.
· Quickbooks or Peachtree experience preferred
· Furniture Hardware experience a plus.
· Must pass a background and reference check.
