Job Summary:

We are seeking a driven Roofing Sales Representative to expand our presence in Omaha. This position offers unlimited earning potential, where your success directly impacts your income. Key responsibilities include generating leads, meeting with clients, and closing sales. Top performers may receive qualified leads, but self-driven lead generation is crucial for success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Run leads provided by the company
• Independently generate leads through canvassing, networking, and relationship-building
• Assess homeowners' roofing and repair needs
• Provide accurate, detailed estimates and close sales on-site
• Guide homeowners through insurance claims, including documentation and photo submissions
• Coordinate with the project management team to ensure seamless project execution from permitting to completion

Qualifications:

• Highly motivated self-starter with a drive to exceed sales goals and generate leads independently
• Positive attitude and solution-oriented mindset
• Proven success in sales (home services industry a plus)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a professional demeanor
• Comfortable carrying and climbing ladders for inspections
• Possession of a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle capable of carrying a fold-up ladder
