Description
The Sales Operations Analyst II will be a critical member of Sales Operations team analyzing and preparing data visualizations to support the Sales and Customer service departments. This role will combine multiple data sources to deliver insights for leadership decisions. This role will also assist the Marketing Team with data analysis, sales reporting and customer communications.
Job Responsibilities
Daily, monthly and quarterly reports
Ad hoc reporting as needed
Data Analysis. Automation as needed
Burst Reporting (Maintaining and updating recipient’s table)
Maintenance of CRM
Customer communications
Maintain Consumer Road Hazard Program
Assist with customer VB programs and accruals. Basic program calculations. Program tracking
Issue customer credits
Creation of Sales presentations for meetings.
Ability to speak in front of group
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Bachelor of Arts or Science with minimum 3 years of experience
Attention to detail
Knowledge Sharing
Work under pressure
Must be highly proficient in Excel
Proficient in Power Point
Affinity to learn software programs
CRM
TreadXpress (Credentials creation + Researching of reported issues)
SAP
Power BI. Create Dashboards
Effective logic/reasoning, planning, math, analytical and problem-solving skills
Effective communication, interpersonal and organization skills
Understanding of Consumer Marketing and sales with regards to sales Margin
Must be able to gather data and disseminate it quickly at each month end
Sense of urgency and analytical skills
Willingness to take on new projects and tasks
