Job Description: The Sales Development Manager will be responsible for managing and developing a team of SDRs to generate leads and build a robust sales pipeline. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and a deep understanding of sales processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and mentor a team of SDRs to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive pipeline growth.
- Monitor and analyze team performance, providing regular feedback and performance reviews.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align lead generation and nurturing strategies.
- Participate in the recruitment and onboarding of new SDRs.
- Conduct regular training sessions to ensure the team is equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge.
- Manage daily operations and set performance standards for the SDR team.
- Ensure the team adheres to company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in a similar role.
- Proven track record of managing and developing successful sales teams.
- Strong understanding of sales processes and lead generation techniques.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.
