What You’ll Be Doing

🎯 Designing and leading fun, engaging, and high-impact sales training programs from the ground up. 🎙️ Coaching and mentoring new sales recruits—helping them build confidence, skill, and success. 👀 Identifying potential in people others might overlook and unlocking their best version. 🚀 Running role-playing sessions, hands-on coaching, and real-world practice to boost skills. 📊 Analyzing sales performance and tweaking training approaches to keep improving. 🎉 Creating a sales culture where learning is exciting, and growth is celebrated!
