    Job Opportunity: Sales Development Representative

    We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our growing team! If you have a strong understanding of CRM systems, excellent communication skills, and an interest in complex solutions-selling to large corporations, we’d love to hear from you.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Utilize CRM tools effectively to manage leads, track sales activities, and maintain accurate records.
    • Communicate clearly and professionally, both in writing and verbally, with clients and internal teams.
    • Navigate and use Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel at an average to above-average level.
    • Understand the basics of complex solutions-selling and how to approach large corporations.
    • Identify and research potential clients using CRM tools and various prospecting methods.
    • Assess the “worth” of a potential client and allocate resources accordingly to maximize opportunities.
    • Reach out to prospects via phone, email, and other channels to schedule meetings and set appointments for sales reps.
    • Work closely with the sales team to align on sales strategies and assist with the development of effective outreach campaigns.

     

    Requirements:

    • Proven experience working with CRM systems.
    • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
    • Ability to evaluate client potential and prioritize accordingly.
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
    • Basic understanding of complex sales processes and solution-selling.
    • College-level comprehension of written materials.
    • Basic knowledge of Spanish is a plus but not required.
