    We’re looking for an outgoing inside sales representative to help us smash our sales goals! You’ll help us generate leads by prospecting potential clients and adding qualified leads to the sales funnel. Responsibilities: • Report on key performance and sales metrics on a monthly and quarterly basis to ensure sales goals are achieved • Keep the customer database updated to ensure information on prospective and past clients is current • Seek out new business opportunities within the assigned geographies to expand clientele • Communicate with prospects via email, phone calls or other forms of communication to convert them into qualified leads and funnel them to the sales pipeline • Qualify incoming leads so appointments are arranged as fast as possible to provide an excellent customer service experience • Provide customers with educational information regarding their solar benefits • Schedule them for a free solar consultation • Present to them face-to-face Qualifications: • High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred • 2+ years of experience in sales or a similar role • Superb communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as interpersonal skills and time management skills • Possess a valid U.S. driver’s license and be able to travel by car • Working knowledge of the sales process and CRM software Compensation: $75,000 - $120,000 at plan yearly
