    GNO Partners was founded by Gal and Ouriel, who built two successful Amazon brands from scratch to an almost 8-figure exit.

    We help 7- and 8-figure Amazon FBA sellers in scaling their businesses by implementing our proven systems and strategies. Our fully remote team of experts has worked with over 250 brands in the last 3 years and is currently partnered with more than 130 active clients.

    We are NOT a 'Done-For-You' agency but rather a consulting firm with a 'Done-With-You' service model. We provide hands-on expertise to help our clients improve profits and revenues while integrating complete systems, processes, and frameworks so they can scale and manage their Amazon brand like top (7 & 8-figure) operators independently, without relying on us in the long term.

    About the Role

    We are hiring a Sales Development Representative to book qualified discovery calls for our closers.

    This is a high-volume outbound role—your success will be measured by your ability to engage decision-makers, spark interest, and convert conversations into booked meetings.

    You'll be reaching out to 7- and 8-figure Amazon sellers, using a proven sales script, cold call techniques, and email/LinkedIn prospecting strategies.

    What You'll Do

    • Make 200+ cold calls per day to eCommerce and Amazon brand owners
    • Send personalized emails and LinkedIn messages using provided data points
    • Book 10+ meetings per week for our closers
    • Follow up aggressively to ensure meeting attendance
    • Use personalization (we'll provide training) to increase engagement
    • Track all outreach activities in Pipedrive (CRM) and refine strategies based on performance

    What We're Looking For

    • Experience working with a digital marketing, eCommerce, or consulting agency that served Amazon sellers or eCommerce brand owners
    • 2+ years of outbound sales or SDR experience (cold calling is a must)
    • Strong cold calling skills – You're comfortable handling rejection and pushing through
    • Highly competitive, disciplined, and coachable – You thrive in a fast-paced, KPI-driven sales environment
    • Organized and detail-oriented – You can manage multiple sequences and follow-ups daily
    • Fluent in English (written and spoken) – You must be able to persuade, build rapport, and communicate value quickly

    Compensation & Benefits

    • Base Salary : $42,000 – $55,000 (based on experience)
    • OTE : $100,000+ (uncapped commissions on meetings booked and attended)
