    Position Overview:

    As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at NuclearN, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities through strategic prospecting and outbound lead generation efforts. This role will focus on engaging with potential clients, building relationships, and qualifying leads to drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will be based in Phoenix, AZ, and possess experience with Salesforce and sales automation tools.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Focus on top-of-funnel
    • Conduct targeted prospecting to identify and qualify potential leads within the defined market.
    • Utilize Salesforce and other sales automation tools to manage and track lead interactions.
    • Conduct cold outreach campaigns via emails, dials and DMs.
    • Qualify prospects based on interest & how well they fit into our ideal customer profile.
    • Respond quickly to incoming prospects.
    • Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual lead generation targets.
    • Provide detailed and accurate lead qualification information to the sales team in Salesforce.

    Qualifications:

    • Proven experience as a Sales Development Representative or similar role in a B2B SaaS environment.
    • Strong knowledge of Salesforce and proficiency in sales automation tools.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Self-motivated with a results-driven attitude.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
    • Capable of 50 -300 emails a day and 50 – 100 dials a day.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
    • Located in Phoenix, AZ.
    • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
