As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth and success of BatchData. Your primary responsibility will be to manage & improve upon the inbound capture & qualification processes for leads generated from various BatchData channels, such as: • Form-fills (Organic & Paid Ads) • Website Chat • Email (BatchData Sales & Support Domains) • Referral Partners (Cloud Tech Gurus, Monda, AWS, Azure, Cherre) • Monitoring Usage & Driving Growth Within PAYGO ListBuilder & API Accounts • Monitoring Usage & Driving Growth Within BatchLead, BatchDialer, and BST trials and high usage accounts Additionally, you will focus on nurturing these leads to drive in-app product spend, as well as facilitate the scheduling of meetings for our enterprise selling teams, consisting of: Account Executives, Account Managers and Solutions Consultants. This role requires a proactive, organized and collaborative individual with excellent communication skills and strong understanding of enterprise solution suites & sales processes. Duties and Responsibilities Inbound Lead Qualification: • Efficiently qualify inbound leads through various channels including form-fills, chat inquiries, emails, referral partners & marketplace leads • Conduct initial assessments to understand the needs, pain points, and potential fit of leads within the BatchData solutions suite • Determine the level of engagement and prioritize leads based on their likelihood to convert into paying customers Lead Nurturing: • Develop and implement effective strategies to nurture leads through the sales funnel, providing relevant information and resources to drive engagement and interest • Utilize Salesforce, SalesLoft & Google Workspace to track and manage lead interactions, ensuring timely follow-ups and personalized communication Meeting Scheduling: • Liaise with enterprise selling teams to understand their availability and expertise areas • Coordinate and schedule meetings between qualified leads and consultants, ensuring alignment of schedules and objectives • Provide necessary context and background information to consultants to optimize the effectiveness of meetings Driving In-App Spend: • Educate prospects on the value proposition of ListBuilder and its potential impact on their business outcomes • Work toward achieving predefined targets for in-app spend and revenue generation from qualified leads • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within the existing client base Collaboration and Reporting: • Collaborate closely with the sales, marketing, and product teams to provide insights and feedback on lead quality, conversion rates, and market trends • Generate regular reports and updates on lead qualification activities, pipeline progression, and revenue generated from qualified leads • Continuously refine and improve lead qualification processes based on insights and feedback gathered from the field Qualifications: • Minimum 2 years of sales success, preferably in a high-growth company • Sales Experience in SaaS applications, Data Services or Financial Services • Proven ability to work with and influence cross-functional teams and departments in a rapidly growing environment • Proven ability to communicate and manage relationships with senior executives • Strong strategic planning and execution skills • Excellent interpersonal, leadership, organizational, customer service and communication skills • Extensive experience in a metrics-driven sales organization Compensation: $85,000 Total compensation
