Responsibilities: • Live answer all inbound calls and respond to web lead submissions within 60 seconds • Facilitate responses via call, email, and SMS • Maintain all necessary follow-ups with previous contacts to schedule an appointment or collect additional required information • Perform sales calls in accordance with our lead intake flow and sales process • Manage call lists and database entry/updates daily in CRM • Accurately report lead information using CRM • Conduct outbound calls to targeted niche lists requiring motivation-specific scripting • Follow up on leads using team standards with the goal of scheduling appointments • Follow up on good prospects from returned mail and undeliverable • Ensure appointments are scheduled and confirmation calls are completed within 24 hours • Determine through prospecting whether the seller is a good candidate for a cash offer or listing their home Qualifications: • High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred • Experience using CRM software as part of the sales process • 2+ years of experience in sales or a similar role • Possess a valid U.S. driver’s license and be able to travel by car • Strong time management skills, communication skills, both written and verbal, and interpersonal skills Compensation: $48,000 yearly
