    Job Description

    This Sales Development Representative (SDR) role will support the Device42 sales team, a company recently acquired by Freshworks in June 2024. Device42 offers a powerful, real-time view of an organization's IT infrastructure, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of all assets. With the integration of Freshservice and Device42, Freshworks now provides a more robust IT solution, featuring enhanced IT Asset Management (ITAM) capabilities. This combined offering allows us to deliver even greater value to our customers, streamlining their IT management and optimizing business performance.

    We are looking for a Sales Development Representative to join our team. As an SDR, your primary responsibility is to reach out, make calls, and send emails to contacts that qualify as potential users and buyers of Device42 software. You will uncover sales opportunities and set qualified meetings for the Account Executives in territories as assigned. You'll utilize new and existing sources of leads to contact prospects, via phone and email, to uncover, develop, and qualify current and future initiatives, to develop pipeline/qualified sales opportunities for our Account Executives.

    • Upon receipt of inbound leads, perform the necessary qualification to create follow-up meetings for the sales organization
    • Generate qualified leads through cold-calling and other prospecting techniques, to a targeted database, and effectively transition them into strong sales opportunities for the external sales team
    • Understand and effectively communicate the Device42 value proposition and targeted message
    • Maintain an awareness of accounts and industries as part of general prospecting practices
    • Meet or exceed assigned targets, while adhering to all company requirements

    Please note this is an in-office role with onsite expectations of 5 days/week from our Denver, CO office.

    • 0-2+ years experience in sales, marketing, administrative role, or relevant experience
    • Demonstrated track record of exceeding quotas against targets
    • The attitude of a creative thinker: dynamic, high-energy, self-motivated
    • Ability to be articulate, confident, and a personable team player
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Experience producing high daily call volume
    • Proven, proactive self-starter with the capability to take ownership and work effectively within assigned campaigns with the limited amount of management supervision
    • Ability to operate in a highly driven environment

    Additional Information

    This role is based in the Denver Metro Area, and the expected base salary range for this position is as shown below. The actual base pay is dependent upon a variety of job-related factors such as professional background, training, work experience, business needs and market demand. Therefore, in some circumstances, the actual salary could fall outside of this expected range. This pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role is also eligible for a target bonus.

    Compensation Package

    $51,000 - 65,000 USD Base Salary + Variable Compensation (where applicable)
