    As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Fair Trade Outsourcing, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our business. Your primary responsibility will be to generate and qualify leads, paving the way for successful sales opportunities. This role is instrumental in building a robust sales pipeline and contributing to the overall success of the sales team.

    Responsibilities:

    • Proactively identify and target potential clients through various channels, including research, cold calling, and email outreach.

    • Collaborate with marketing to leverage inbound leads and identify opportunities for engagement.

    • Conduct thorough qualification of leads to assess their fit for our products or services.

    • Gather and document key information about potential clients to facilitate the sales process.

    • Schedule and coordinate appointments and product demonstrations for the sales team.

    • Ensure seamless handover of qualified leads to Account Executives.

    • Effectively communicate the value proposition of our products or services to potential clients.

    • Establish and maintain positive relationships with leads through clear and compelling communication.

    • Update and maintain accurate records in the CRM system, ensuring the sales pipeline is up-to-date.

    • Provide regular reports on lead generation and qualification activities.

    • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.

    • Share relevant insights with the sales and marketing teams to enhance overall strategy.

    Requirements and Skills:

    • 1 – 2 years of experience in a Sales Development Representative role or similar position.

    • Proven success in lead generation and qualification.

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

    • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales automation tools.

    • Proactive and self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.

    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred). Salary ranges from 55,000 to 60,000 a year.
