    As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Fair Trade Outsourcing, you will be a key driver of our business growth. Your main focus will be generating and qualifying leads to create a strong sales pipeline, enabling the sales team to close deals successfully. This role is crucial to the success of the sales team and the company's overall growth strategy.

    Responsibilities:

    • Proactively identify and engage potential clients through various channels, including research, social media (i.e. LinkedIn, cold calls, and email campaigns.

    • Collaborate with the marketing team to pursue inbound leads and uncover new engagement opportunities.

    • Qualify leads based on their fit with our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and gather critical client information.

    • Effectively articulate the value of our services to potential clients in a clear and compelling manner.

    • Schedule and coordinate appointments, demos, and meetings for the sales team.

    • Ensure a seamless handoff of qualified leads to Account Executives and the VP of Sales.

    • Build and nurture positive relationships with prospects through consistent, professional communication.

    • Maintain up-to-date and accurate records of activities and prospects in the CRM system.

    • Provide regular reports and updates on lead generation and qualification metrics to the sales leadership.

    • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to enhance outreach strategies.

    • Share insights with sales and marketing teams to refine and improve overall strategies.

    Requirements and Skills:

    • 1 – 2 years of experience in a Sales Development Representative or similar role, with a track record of success in lead generation and qualification.

    • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage prospects effectively.

    • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

    • Proficiency in CRM systems and sales automation tools.

    • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven with a strong desire to meet and exceed goals.

    • Ability to adapt to a dynamic and rapidly changing business environment.

    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required. Salary 55,000 to 60,000 a year.
