    Sales Development Representative (SDR) – Hoods Unlimited

    Location: North Georgia (Field & Office-Based) Compensation:

    Base Salary: $25,000-35,000 per year

    Commission: 5-12% per closed sale (based on contract type)

    On-Target Earnings (OTE): $50,000 - $60,000 annually

    Bonuses: Performance-based incentives for exceeding quotas

We are growing rapidly and looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team and help drive new business.

    Job Summary

    The Sales Development Representative (SDR) is responsible for identifying, prospecting, and qualifying potential customers in our service areas. This role is a combination of field sales and office-based follow-ups, requiring excellent communication skills, persistence, and the ability to build relationships with business owners and facility managers.

    Key Responsibilities

    Prospecting & Lead Generation

    Conduct cold walk-ins and field visits to businesses, introducing Hoods Unlimited services

    Identify and qualify potential clients through research, networking, and in-person interactions

    Gather contact information and site details to facilitate quoting and follow-ups

    Sales Pipeline & Follow-Ups

    Call and email prospects to schedule consultations and service quotes

    Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and appointments in CRM

    Work closely with senior sales reps to convert prospects into paying customers

    Closing & Revenue Growth

    Assist in preparing custom quotes and proposals for potential clients

    Achieve monthly and annual sales targets (15+ deals per month expected)

    Educate potential clients on service benefits, pricing, and compliance regulations

    Collaboration & Strategy

    Work with the marketing and sales team to develop lead generation strategies

    Participate in weekly sales meetings to review performance and plan activities

    Provide feedback on market trends, customer pain points, and potential opportunities

    Minimum Qualifications:

    One or more years of sales, customer service, or business development experience preferred

    High school diploma required (Bachelor’s in Business or related field is a plus)

    Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for in-person visits

    Growth Path & Promotion Opportunities

    · Sales Development Representative (SDR) → OTE: $50,000-$60,000

    · Territory Sales Representative → OTE: $65,000-$75,000

    · Senior Territory Sales Manager → OTE: $85,000-$100,000
