Sales Development Representative

Responsibilities: • Update customer database regularly to provide the most up-to-date client information to the sales team • Seek out new business opportunities within the assigned geographies to expand clientele • Report on key performance and sales metrics on a monthly and quarterly basis to ensure sales goals are achieved • Assess and send qualified leads to inbound sales representatives so they can convert clients and provide quick turnaround • Prospect potential customers via cold calling, email, or other forms of communication to ensure they are added to the sales pipeline and produce more qualified leads Qualifications: • Superb communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as interpersonal skills and time management skills • Two years of previous sales experience • High school diploma or GED is required, bachelor’s degree preferred • Current U.S. driver’s license and the ability to travel by car • Experience using CRM software as part of the sales process Compensation: $50,000 - $100,000 yearly + commissions for sales
