    Job Title: Sales Development Representative - Managed Services

    Location: Suwanee, GA

    Reports to: CEO

    We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities, maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, and promoting our suite of services.

     

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities

    Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through prospecting, networking, and lead generation.

    Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline to achieve and exceed sales targets.

    Present and demonstrate our services to potential clients, highlighting the value and benefits.

    Negotiate contracts and close sales deals, ensuring mutual satisfaction.

    Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships to drive customer loyalty and repeat business.

    Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.

    Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.

    Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts to the management team.

     

    Must Have Background and Skills

    Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

    MSP Sales is a must

    Proven experience in sales, preferably within the service industry.

    Strong understanding of sales processes and strategies.

    Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

    Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

    Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
