    • 65,000 — 70,000 USD, plus commission

    Your Role:
    As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) in our New York office, you will play a key role in supporting our sales function. You’ll help generate new business leads, assist with account management, and contribute to achieving revenue growth for our US event within key industry sectors.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Meet and exceed quarterly and yearly lead generation targets and KPIs
    • Drive new business opportunities by identifying and engaging with potential customers in key sectors
    • Conduct outreach through calls, emails, and social media to engage prospects and schedule meetings
    • Assist with preparing proposal presentations and tailoring solutions from across the Money20/20 portfolio
    • Help facilitate negotiations and support the closing of sales contracts
    • Develop basic industry knowledge and expertise in assigned sectors
    • Maintain accurate records in our CRM system, tracking all prospect interactions and pipeline progress
    • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, creative, finance) to support lead generation and customer engagement
    • Act as a connector, ensuring smooth communication across teams and with prospects

  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • Demonstrated success in sales or customer-facing roles, with a history of meeting or exceeding targets and driving business growth
    • Proven ability to engage with clients in a consultative manner, especially in event sales, identifying client needs and aligning them with event opportunities
    • Strong customer service ethic, with a commitment to going the extra mile to exceed client expectations and build long-term relationships
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present confidently to senior-level executives and industry stakeholders
    • Strong research skills to effectively identify new business opportunities, industries, and trends relevant to event sales
    • Proficiency in using Salesforce to track leads, manage client relationships, and report on sales activities
    • High proficiency with MS Office Suite and Google Workspace, utilizing these tools for efficient communication, documentation, and presentation of sales materials
