    Position Overview

    We're seeking a dynamic, methodical, and creative Sales Development Representative (SDR) to support our Account Executives (AEs) in driving business growth in the US market. As an SDR, you'll be the first point of contact for potential enterprise customers, identifying and nurturing leads for our revolutionary data infrastructure offerings.

    Key Responsibilities

    Research and identify potential enterprise customers who could benefit from Tacnode's innovative data solutions

    Utilize sales prospecting tools, CRM software, professional networks, cold calls, and email to generate new sales opportunities for our AEs

    Engage with IT executives and technical decision-makers to understand their data infrastructure challenges and explain how Tacnode can address their needs

    Qualify leads and set up meetings or calls between prospects and our AEs

    Maintain and manage a pipeline of interested prospects in our CRM system

    Collaborate with AEs and SAs (Solution Architects) to develop targeted outreach strategies

    Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and Tacnode's product offerings

    Contribute to refining our lead-generation playbook based on market feedback and best practices

    What We're Looking For

    2+ years of experience in SDR role with proven track record of meeting or exceeding lead generation targets

    Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to lead qualification

    Minimum 1 year of experience in tech sales or business development, preferably

    in cloud technologies, big data, or AI solutions

    Strong understanding of enterprise IT infrastructure, including cloud services,

    databases, and data analytics

    Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences

    Proficiency with major B2B sales intelligence platforms such as ZoomInfo, 6Sense, Cognism, etc., and enterprise CRM software such as Salesforce

    Self-starter mentality with a passion for technology and ability to learn quickly

    Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Computer Science, Software

    Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields.
