    Qualifications:

    • Associate Degree in Communications, Business Administration, or a related field
    • 2+ years of experience in a sales role, preferably within a B2B service organization
    • Strong understanding of sales prospecting and appointment setting
    • Deep knowledge of B2B sales strategy and principles
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Highly organized and detail-oriented
    • Passionate about helping others
    • Demonstrates a “Do-What-It-Takes” attitude
    • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

    Responsibilities:

    • Manage inbound calls from CEOs, Presidents, and CFOs, converting leads into appointments
    • Ensure customer accounts, contacts, and information are up-to-date and accurate in the CRM system
    • Classify customer accounts in the CRM based on predetermined criteria (Lead, Prospect, Client, etc.)
    • Collaborate with the management team to define, schedule, and execute the “next steps” for each account
    • Create strategic marketing lists based on industry, location, account classification, activity, and product adoption
    • Hold 3–6 qualified sales appointments per week, aiming for 2 qualified appointments weekly
    • Embody and promote the company's commitment to customer obsession
    • Stay informed on the business, regulatory, and economic environments affecting the company and its stakeholders
    • Build strong relationships with the internal team
    • Maintain the confidentiality and integrity of all company and customer information

    Contribution to “Customer Obsession”:

    • Qualify all leads and prospects to ensure focus on “Ideal Customers”
    • Support Solution Advisers in securing new customers by regularly setting qualified sales appointments
    • Be proactive about account development, ensuring there is always a defined “next step” and that accounts are actively managed

    Desired Outcomes:

    • Ensure the CRM system is consistently current and accurate
    • Meet or exceed sales quotas consistently

    Job Type: Full-time
    Pay: $55,000 - $75,000 per year (OTE: $65K - $85K)
