Qualifications:
- Associate Degree in Communications, Business Administration, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in a sales role, preferably within a B2B service organization
- Strong understanding of sales prospecting and appointment setting
- Deep knowledge of B2B sales strategy and principles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Passionate about helping others
- Demonstrates a “Do-What-It-Takes” attitude
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound calls from CEOs, Presidents, and CFOs, converting leads into appointments
- Ensure customer accounts, contacts, and information are up-to-date and accurate in the CRM system
- Classify customer accounts in the CRM based on predetermined criteria (Lead, Prospect, Client, etc.)
- Collaborate with the management team to define, schedule, and execute the “next steps” for each account
- Create strategic marketing lists based on industry, location, account classification, activity, and product adoption
- Hold 3–6 qualified sales appointments per week, aiming for 2 qualified appointments weekly
- Embody and promote the company's commitment to customer obsession
- Stay informed on the business, regulatory, and economic environments affecting the company and its stakeholders
- Build strong relationships with the internal team
- Maintain the confidentiality and integrity of all company and customer information
Contribution to “Customer Obsession”:
- Qualify all leads and prospects to ensure focus on “Ideal Customers”
- Support Solution Advisers in securing new customers by regularly setting qualified sales appointments
- Be proactive about account development, ensuring there is always a defined “next step” and that accounts are actively managed
Desired Outcomes:
- Ensure the CRM system is consistently current and accurate
- Meet or exceed sales quotas consistently

Pay: $55,000 - $75,000 per year (OTE: $65K - $85K)
