    Sales Development Representative (SDR) / Inside Sales - Your Job Duties:

    You will directly impact the Organization’s growth and impact by identifying and qualifying potential leads that lead to growth and revenue.

    • Work list of existing prospects provided by the company, and identify additional potential leads (large corporations, non-profits and professional associations)
    • Build and maintain relationships with venue managers and event centers, ensuring that the company is considered for upcoming events
    • Nurture relationships with channel partners (ie: freelance producers, event rental companies, technical directors) to generate new leads
    • Engage with industry associations such as MPI, Cal SAE, and CEMA by attending events, speaking engagements, and participating in networking opportunities
    • Create and maintain an event calendar to track quarterly, biannual, and annual events listed by venues and ideal clients
    • Conduct outreach through email, phone, and social media to engage potential clients
    • Schedule and conduct initial qualification meetings with leads
    • Enter all lead information and interactions into the CRM

    • You enjoy attending events and mixers, and the variety of working solo at home sometimes and social mixers and events other days
    • Driven by growth and achieving metrics, working as a team

    Sales Development Representative (SDR) / Inside Sales - You Might Have:

    • Experience in the AV, event planning or production or hospitality space
    • Experience using Pipedrive CRM system

    Specifics, Schedule and Perks

    You will work hybrid in both the Sacramento (Rancho Cordova) office and remotely from your home office (plan for 2 days per week in office). You may travel to prospect meetings, events or to attend industry events and mixers.

    Your compensation will be a base salary of $70,000, plus additional incentive compensation, paid quarterly, as a result of achieving scorecard metrics. OTE planned at $110,000 +.
