    This is a unique opportunity to participate in our comprehensive SDR Residency, which consists of a free two-week training period followed by a full-time W2, salaried, 12-week Residency with one of our Employer Partners. Residents will receive hands-on training, mentorship, and real-world experience to prepare them for a successful career in sales. SDRs are pivotal to the sales cycle by focusing on top-of-funnel activities, including gathering prospect data, educating prospects, qualifying leads, and booking meetings. This role is essential for driving growth and expanding the customer base, making it a key entry point for careers in tech sales.


    Key Role Responsibilities for your Residency:

    As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will play a pivotal role in the sales pipeline by identifying and qualifying new business opportunities. This is a high-impact, outbound-focused role where you will be responsible for connecting with prospective customers, understanding their challenges, and sparking their interest in the company’s platform. You’ll work closely with the sales and marketing teams to drive lead generation efforts and contribute to the company's growth.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Prospecting: Research and identify potential customers through various channels, including LinkedIn, email, and industry events.

    • Outreach: Engage with prospects via email, phone, and social media to create awareness about our solutions and schedule discovery meetings.

    • Qualification: Conduct initial discovery calls to assess prospects' needs, pain points, and alignment with our offerings.

    • Collaboration: Partner with Account Executives to transition qualified leads, ensuring a seamless handoff and superior customer experience.

    • CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of prospect interactions and activity in salesforce

    • Market Insights: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer pain points to tailor your outreach efforts.

    Skills and Minimum Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.

    • Ideally, 1–2 years of experience in a sales, customer service, or marketing role, preferably in SaaS or technology.

    • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage and build rapport quickly.

    • Proactive and self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.

    • Familiarity with sales tools such as CRM software, sales automation tools, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a plus.

    • A passion for technology and an eagerness to learn about the company's platform and the value it brings to customers.

    Salary $65,000 + $35,000 commission ($90,000 OTE)
