    About the Role:

    The ideal candidate is a motivated self-starter driven to make their territory a success. This role will combine hunting for new logos along with upselling existing clients. Must be self-guided, use past sales experience and intuition to sell the Inhabit portfolio of products. The successful salesperson will be:

    • Passionate and driven
    • Able to quickly learn their products and territories
    • Comfortable with varying product lines and sales cycles
    • Able to balance their drive to sell with an emotional maturity to understand the customer’s needs
    • Experienced selling features, benefits, and values rather than price

     

    Key Role Responsibilities for your Residency:

    • Disciplined in managing data and information to develop and project accurate sales forecasts
    • Demonstrated history of successful outcomes with the full sales cycle, from lead generation and prospecting to qualification, managing objectives and closing the deal
    • Ability to cold call in-market and through social media, email, and phone
    • Quick, curious learner able to understand the complex needs of different customers
    • Demonstrated ability to secure and maintain customers, and in some cases, to successfully sell or transition the customer to another product that more effectively meets their needs
    • Good follow-up skills with a proven track record of re-engaging clients
    • Ability to collaborate with fellow team members to support migrations, problem resolution and opportunities to upsell
    • An enthusiastic, positive, outgoing attitude and strong interest in building relationships and networking
    • Familiar with a deep discovery process to uncover pain points and set proper expectations

     

    Qualifications:

     

    • Excellent communication including fundamental presentation skills and the ability to articulate ideas clearly and appropriately to influence others
    • Technologically savvy with the ability to give online demos and showcase the Inhabit platforms
    • Proven track record of sales achievement with an aggressive drive to achieve high targets; results oriented
    • Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making
    • Accountable and committed to excellence
    • Energetic phone presence and excellent active listening skills
    • Strong interpersonal skills & the ability to influence external/internal stakeholders
    • Adapts well to and is energized by change
    • Ability to take initiative and work autonomously while staying available to other team members
    • Ability to travel is required (travel is estimated to be once a quarter in-market and to several industry trade shows in the Fall and Spring)
    • Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) skills
    • SalesForce experience required
