    This is a unique opportunity to participate in our comprehensive SDR Residency. The Residency consists of a free two-week training period followed by a full-time W2, salaried+benefits, 12-week Residency with one of our Employer Partners. Residents will receive hands-on training, mentorship, and real-world experience to prepare them for a successful career in sales.

    As an Associate Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will play a critical role in driving our growth by identifying and qualifying potential customers. You will be the first point of contact for prospects and will help build a pipeline of qualified leads for our sales team. This is an entry-level position with significant growth opportunities for motivated individuals who are eager to start a career in sales.

    Key Role Responsibilities for your Residency:

    • Lead Generation: Identify and research potential customers through various channels, including social media, web research, and industry events.

    • Prospect Outreach: Initiate contact with potential customers via phone, email, and social media to introduce Sage’s products and services.

    • Qualification: Assess the needs and challenges of potential customers to determine if they are a good fit for our solutions.

    • Appointment Setting: Schedule meetings and product demos for the sales team with qualified prospects.

    • CRM Management: Accurately record and manage all interactions and activities in the CRM system to ensure up-to-date and comprehensive data.

    • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align on strategies and improve lead generation efforts.

    • Performance Tracking: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets for lead generation and qualified meetings.


    Job Requirements:

    • Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, marketing, or a related field.

    • Strong desire to pursue a career in sales and willingness to commit to the full Residency program.

    • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written), with the ability to engage prospects and articulate value propositions effectively.

    • Interpersonal Skills: Strong ability to build relationships and engage with potential customers. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and adapt to changing priorities.

    • Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.

    • Technology Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

    • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.

    • Experience: Prior experience in sales, customer service, or related roles is a plus but not required.
