Responsibilities: • Lead Conversion – Connect with warm leads who have already shown interest, building relationships and converting them into loyal clients. • Client Retention – Maintain ongoing relationships with clients, ensuring continued satisfaction and encouraging repeat business. • Sales Strategy – Collaborate with the team to strategize on the best ways to approach new business opportunities and optimize sales techniques. • Cross-Selling & Upselling – Identify opportunities to offer additional products and services, enhancing customer satisfaction and increasing overall revenue. • Sales Tracking & Reporting – Analyze sales data to track performance, report on progress, and identify areas for improvement. Qualifications: • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred. • At least one year of experience in a sales or customer service role. • Strong communication, active listening, and negotiation skills. • Experience with CRM software and sales tracking tools is a plus. • Ability to succeed in a fast-paced, remote work environment. Compensation: $60,000 - $70,000 at plan yearly
