    Location: Remote / Work From Home Position Type: Full-Time Compensation: 100% commission-based – Earn 50% commission on every sale. With consistent performance and meeting expectations, annual earnings of $80K+ are achievable, with unlimited earning potential.

    The Role

    We are looking for a full-cycle Sales Development Representative (SDR) to manage the sales process from start to close. You’ll work with warm, inbound leads sourced through referrals and paid advertising. This role includes collaboration with an appointment setter who will assist with outreach and scheduling to increase efficiency and help drive more conversions.

    Key Responsibilities

    Manage the full sales pipeline from lead qualification to close

    Convert inbound leads, maintaining a 20% close rate

    Conduct 20+ closing calls per week

    Collaborate with an appointment setter to improve efficiency

    Track and optimize sales performance using data insights

    Meet and exceed financial and performance goals

    Assist in sales process development have a key voice in growing department

    Qualifications

    3 years of sales experience, preferably in consultative selling

    Proven track record in closing deals and meeting quotas

    Strong written and verbal communication skills

    Excellent organizational skills for lead tracking and follow-ups

    Experience with GoHighLevel (GHL) or similar CRM

    Preferred: Knowledge of real estate investing or accounting
