Responsibilities: • Update customer database regularly to provide the most up-to-date client information to the sales team • Communicate with prospects via email, phone calls or other forms of communication to convert them into qualified leads and funnel them to the sales pipeline • Track performance goals and key sales metrics on a monthly and quarterly basis to make sure company goals are achieved • Contact potential sellers via phone to negotiate and secure property purchase agreements from inbound leads. • Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand sellers' motivations and preferences. • Utilize strong negotiation skills to arrive at mutually beneficial agreements. • Ensure all closing documents are completed accurately and submitted promptly. • Provide exceptional customer service and maintain strong relationships with sellers. Qualifications: • Proven track record of at least 2 years of experience in a sales position or related field • Great time management, interpersonal, and communication skills, both written and verbal • Proven experience in sales, preferably in real estate or a related field. • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close deals effectively. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Self-motivated, driven, and able to work independently in a remote setting. • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and handling multiple transactions simultaneously. • Familiarity with CRM systems and virtual communication tools. Compensation: $80,000 - $120,000
