Position overview
As an SDR at Vital Interaction, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting our Sales team. Your mission? To help us build relationships with prospective customers in the ever-evolving healthcare IT market. What you’ll do
Identify, qualify, and engage key stakeholders at top healthcare organizations
High volume outbound prospecting from a marketing database to set up appointments/demos for salespeople
Connect with decisions makers and identify the pain points that Vital Interaction’s products can resolve
Schedule demonstrations between Account Executives and potential customers
Utilize CRM tools to document sales activity, deal progression, and prospect/customer communication
Work with Account Executives and Marketing teams to run targeted outreach campaigns
Travel occasionally to represent the company at trade shows and industry events
Use social selling techniques and resources (LinkedIn) to identify and engage sales leads
Assume responsibility for the majority of the Account Executive pipeline
Perform other duties as assigned, contributing to the overall success and growth of the sales team and the company
What you should already have/be
Entry-level experience (0-3 years) in sales or customer-facing roles
Interest in healthcare, startups, sales, and technology
Competitive team player who enjoys challenges
Motivated, goal-oriented individual with a proven track record
Adaptability, coachability, a strong sense of urgency, and comfort in a fast-paced environment
Curious mindset, always seeking learning and growth opportunities
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Desk work and computer proficiency
Bachelor's degree is optional

Compensation
At our company, we believe in recognizing and rewarding talent. Joining our team means you'll enjoy a competitive compensation package, including a base salary of $45,000, with the potential to significantly boost your earnings through commission (estimated OTE is $65,000).
