Our ideal candidate will: • Bilingual, fluent in Spanish and English • Understand how to build a relationship with a person • Show the ability to interact with different types of personalities • Show empathy to potential clients and put them at ease during a difficult time • Know how to close a sale by creating urgency and promoting value • Demonstrate exceptional communication skills, both over the phone, via Zoom, in person, and in writing • Think on their toes and not be discouraged when things don’t go as planned • Be willing and able to quickly learn about new topics (like the immigration and criminal justice systems) • Treat a call or meeting at 4:30 p.m. on a Friday with the same care and compassion as one on a Monday morning • Follow instructions and understand the importance of policies and procedures • Be a team player that consistently acts with respect and integrity • Be tech-savvy (we use Microsoft products and specialized cloud-based software) Responsibilities: • Prospect potential customers via cold calling, email, or other forms of communication to ensure they are added to the sales pipeline and produce more qualified leads • Assess and send qualified leads to inbound sales representatives so they can convert clients and provide quick turnaround • Maintain the client database to make sure the sales team can access current information on all leads • Track performance goals and key sales metrics on a monthly and quarterly basis to make sure company goals are achieved • Seek out new business opportunities within the assigned geographies to expand clientele We are here to guide clients through the legal system, achieve positive results, and help them build a better tomorrow. This position will • Conduct initial client consultations to sell legal services • Oversee the smooth transition of new cases to the legal team • Follow up with potential new clients who have not yet retained us • Maintain a tracking system to monitor leads, new clients, and referral sources Qualifications: • Experience using CRM software as part of the sales process • Proven track record of at least 2 years of experience in a sales position or related field • Current U.S. driver’s license and the ability to travel by car • Superb communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as interpersonal skills and time management skills • High school diploma or GED is required, bachelor’s degree preferred • Bilingual in Spanish • Great time management, interpersonal, and communication skills, both written and verbal • Understand the sales process and how to enter information into client databases • The salesperson doesn’t give legal advice, so legal experience is not required. Prior sales and customer service experience are required because we can teach you how a case moves through the system and give you the training you need Compensation: $55,000 - $60,000 + bonus opportunities
