Compensation : $41,600 base + up to $2,500+/mo bonuses

What You'll Do
As a Sales Appointment Specialist, you'll be the first point of contact for our leads. You'll reach out, qualify, and schedule product demos for our Account Executives. Think of yourself as the launchpad to our customers' success—and your own.
Key responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to active and re-engaged leads
- Qualify prospects and guide conversations using proven scripts
- Schedule meetings for AEs using HubSpot and Google Meet
- Re-engage older leads who need a nudge
- Keep HubSpot updated with call notes, statuses, and appointments
- Work closely with the marketing and sales team to optimize outreach
What You Bring
- 1+ year of inside sales or phone-based experience (real estate or SaaS a plus)
- Strong communication and listening skills
- Confidence on the phone and ability to build quick rapport
- Experience with HubSpot or another CRM
- High energy, self-motivation, and reliability
