    Position Overview:

    Are you passionate about home automation solutions? If you’re motivated by exceeding goals, providing exceptional service, and driving growth, we want you to join our team as a Sales Development Representative (SDR).

    As an SDR, you’ll generate new business opportunities by prospecting leads and securing appointments for our sales team. You’ll also manage security renewals for existing clients, ensuring continued satisfaction and retention. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to our mission of increasing market share and delivering outstanding experiences to our clients.

    What You’ll Do:

    Generate Leads: Create new client appointments by proactively reaching out through cold and warm calls, emails, and other communication channels, ensuring a steady and robust pipeline for the sales team.

    Manage Accounts: Oversee existing Security Monitoring accounts, ensuring smooth renewals and high client retention through exceptional customer service.

    CRM Management: Maintain and update our CRM system to keep all client and prospect information accurate and up to date, ensuring seamless sales operations.

    Track Progress: Submit sales reports regularly, highlighting progress toward goals, identifying areas for improvement, and celebrating key wins.

    Qualifications:

    Sales Experience: 1 – 3 years of lead generation experience

    Resilience & Persistence: You’re comfortable with cold calling, embrace challenges, and stay motivated to meet and exceed your targets despite setbacks.

    Exceptional Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills allow you to engage with prospects and internal teams effectively.

    Time Management: You excel at prioritizing tasks, managing multiple leads, keeping organized, and ensuring every opportunity is followed up.

    Team Player: You thrive in a collaborative environment and work seamlessly with our sales and operations teams to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified leads.
