    Cabanas Law Firm – Divorce and Mediation is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Director to lead our sales efforts and drive revenue growth. As our Sales Director, you will develop and execute strategic sales plans, build and maintain relationships with our trusted partners, and oversee the sales team to ensure exceptional client acquisition and client retention. Responsibilities: The Sales Director’s main duties include: • Developing and implementing strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue goals. • Leading, coaching, and mentoring the sales team to ensure high performance. • Building and maintaining relationships with clients, and stakeholders including attorneys, therapists, and other professionals. • Collaborating with marketing to create campaigns that drive client inquiries and referrals. • Analyzing sales metrics and preparing detailed performance reports for management. • Monitoring market trends and competitors to identify new business opportunities. • Working closely with attorneys and staff to ensure a seamless client onboarding process. • Representing the firm at networking events, conferences, and community outreach programs. Qualifications: The Sales Director position requires the following skillset: • Fluent in both Spanish and English • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. • Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in sales management, preferably in the legal, professional services, or related industry. • Strong leadership and team management skills with a track record of driving sales success. • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build lasting relationships. • Proficiency in CRM systems such as Monday.com and Microsoft Office Suite. • Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and adaptable to changing priorities. Compensation: $90,000 - $150,000 Base + Performance Bonus
