We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Franchise Sales Director to join our team. This role is responsible for identifying, qualifying, and securing new franchisees to expand our brand’s presence. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, business development, and relationship management, with a passion for helping entrepreneurs achieve their business goals. The Franchise Sales Director will actively prospect and engage with potential franchisees, guiding them through the sales process from initial inquiry to contract signing. This includes conducting presentations, evaluating candidates, and ensuring alignment with the company’s standards and expectations. Effective communication and negotiation skills are essential, as well as the ability to convey the value proposition of our franchise model. This position offers a competitive base salary with the opportunity to earn additional commission based on franchise sales performance. Responsibilities: • Identify, qualify, and recruit new franchisees to expand the brand. • Conduct presentations and guide prospects through the franchise sales process. • Develop and execute sales strategies to generate and convert leads. • Perform market research to identify growth opportunities. • Maintain detailed records of prospect interactions and sales progress. • Collaborate with marketing to create lead generation campaigns. • Work closely with operations to ensure a smooth onboarding process. • Travel as needed for industry events, networking, and franchise expos. • Utilize strong negotiation and relationship-building skills to close deals. Qualifications: • This position requires a high school diploma or equivalent (GED) and a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field • Demonstrates a proven track record of success in sales through lead-generation and closing • Previous hospitality industry experience preferred but not required • Strong analytical skills, communication skills, and leadership skills Compensation: $50,000 - $60,000 yearly
