Ideal candidates have a proven track record of adding at least $5M to a B2C service company and are passionate about scaling a team for rapid growth. Responsibilities: Lead a High-Performing Sales Team • Drive, motivate, and mentor a team of sellers to achieve ambitious client acquisition goals, fostering a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and success. Set and Execute Sales Strategy • Develop, implement, and refine our sales strategy, integrating best practices and setting clear goals to drive growth. Your decisions will directly influence our trajectory toward $10M in revenue. Collaborate on Marketing and Growth Initiatives • Work closely with marketing to shape campaigns and strategies that generate qualified leads, focusing on revenue operations (RevOps) for a seamless, client-centered intake experience. Develop and Enforce Best Practices and Policies • Design and implement sales processes, policies, and metrics that drive performance, align with firm-wide goals and enable predictable, scalable growth. Report Directly to the Firm’s Owner • As a key leader in our growth, you’ll work with the owner to align on vision, report on progress, and make high-impact decisions that move the needle. Drive Revenue and Performance Metrics • Analyze and track critical sales metrics, ensuring that conversion rates, case values, and team performance align with both short-term targets and long-term growth goals. Qualifications: • Proven Track Record in Driving Revenue Growth. Demonstrated success in scaling a B2C service business, with a history of adding at least $5M in revenue through effective sales leadership. • Results-Oriented and Performance-Driven. Known for hitting and exceeding sales targets, with a relentless focus on growth and moving the needle.
