    As we embark on this journey, we are seeking a Sales Director-IT Services who will be responsible for strengthening client relationships, growing sales pipeline and driving the revenue growth of The AES Group.

    Job Responsibilities

    Identify and qualify sales opportunities through market research, networking and other channels

    Build strong relationships with key decision makers and influencers within target clients with a relentless focus on client value creation

    Develop and execute sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets and analyze trends to continuously improve plans

    Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients

    Lead negotiations with clients and other stakeholders when closing deals, ensuring win-win situation for all concerned parties

    Increasing sales pipeline across all core services of AES

    Sales growth across all core services of AES

    Qualifications

    Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

    Minimum of 8 years of proven track record of sales leadership in technology services industry.

    Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

    Results-driven with a focus on building new client relationships and exceeding sales targets.
