You'll be responsible for developing our sales strategy and goals, training and assessing our sales force, collaborating with sales managers, and ensuring that we create new and recurring business from the real estate sectors. Responsibilities: Pipeline CRM Management: • Regularly review the sales pipeline and CRM to monitor deal progress, identify bottlenecks, and ensure accurate forecasting. Work closely with the team to maintain a healthy pipeline and prioritize deals that maximize revenue. Sales Team Development Motivation: • Train, mentor, and motivate the sales team to enhance their skills, improve closing ratios, and foster a positive and results-oriented culture. Conduct regular coaching sessions, set performance goals, and celebrate wins to keep the team motivated and engaged. Dispositions Collaboration: • Ensure strong collaboration with the dispositions (Dispo) team. Review the pipeline with Dispo to identify areas where the sales team can provide support, ensuring a seamless and effective handoff of deals. Assist in Sales Training with Leadership: • Work closely with Carlos, Andrea, and other leaders to develop and implement ongoing sales training. Conduct learning modules to keep the team up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and sales techniques. Operational Excellence: • Take a hands-on approach to the day-to-day operations of the sales organization. Drive process improvements, streamline workflows, and ensure that the team has the tools and support they need to excel. Qualifications: • Extensive sales experience, preferably in real estate or wholesale residential markets. • Proven background in sales leadership with a strong track record of developing and managing high-performing sales teams. • Expertise in CRM systems and sales pipeline management to drive actionable insights. • A people-centric leader with a knack for motivating, mentoring, and cultivating top talent. • A collaborative approach to working with cross-functional teams, particularly with Dispo and executive leadership. • Passionate about day-to-day sales operations and committed to fostering a culture of growth and excellence. Compensation: $7,000 - $20,000 yearly
