    Job Description

    What you’ll do:

    • Serve as the subject matter expert on all Sales New Hire Onboarding programs globally.
    • Use your skills to define and own the onboarding strategy, drive execution of global programs and communicate business impact.
    • Lead and manage the creation and maintenance of onboarding curricula and practicum.
    • Operationalize the “how” of how customer-facing teams will utilize sales tools to execute their role in the customer engagement lifecycle.
    • Assist with cadences.
    • Stay apprised of all upcoming functionality by our software vendor and provide role-based updates to our GTM organization.
    • Collaborate with various Press Ganey teams to help create and manage learning content for Onboarding.
    • Manage a reinforcement plan for those onboarding cohorts.
    • Work with Field Leadership to ensure our audiences have demonstrated competency.
    • Work closely with Revenue Operations partners to monitor and maintain reporting on onboarding effectiveness across the team.
    • Establish relevant metrics to measure and report on performance.

    To work #bettertogether, we operate with a hybrid working model. For those near a hub location, including Boston or Chicago, we gather in our office locations three days a week (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday). For the remaining days, we work from home.

  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • 3+ years of experience in a GTM Enablement / Sales Enablement role focusing on onboarding or sales tools deployment.
    • Experience in a quota carrying position is a strong plus.
    • Exceptional written and communication skills.
    • Proven track record of managing multiple concurrent projects with varying complexity levels
    • Excellent problem-solving skills
    • Ability to sort through large volumes of data and drive insights and results
    • Experience in leading a globally dispersed team.
    • Understanding of sales process execution.
    • Experience building and delivering impactful onboarding programs/curriculum for quota carrying positions who have a variety of solutions that they can present to their buyer.
    • Expertise in using enablement tools such as Docebo and Highspot.
    • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and build strong relationships at all levels of the organization.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and educate diverse audiences.
    • Having a change mindset
    • Data-driven mindset; able to use data to measure and optimize enablement effort.
    • Prepare for, conduct, and follow up on weekly training sessions with onboarding teams.
    • Bachelor’s degree preferred and/or equivalent combination of relevant education and/or experience.

    The expected base salary for this position ranges from $100,000 to $136,000. _ ****_ It is not typical for offers to be made at or near the top of the range. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. In addition to base salary and a competitive benefits package, successful candidates are eligible to receive a discretionary bonus or commission tied to achieved results.
