    Our client is searching for a results-oriented Sales Enablement Manager to take their sales operations and program implementation to the next level. This role is essential in creating a data-driven, efficient, and growth-focused sales environment by leveraging advanced tools like Salesforce and strategic initiatives.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Data Analysis: Analyze large datasets to uncover trends, identify opportunities, and support strategic business decisions.
    • Reporting and Dashboards: Build and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor key metrics, operational performance, and business outcomes.
    • Business Insights: Collaborate with sales, operations, and leadership teams to provide actionable insights and recommendations for business growth and efficiency.
    • CRM Development: Optimize Salesforce to improve data accuracy, streamline workflows, and generate meaningful reports for decision-making.
    • Data Management: Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across systems and processes.
    • Process Improvement: Identify and implement opportunities to enhance data processes and reporting frameworks.
    • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with various departments to address their data needs and deliver customized analytical solutions.
    • Sales Support Programs: Develop tools, resources, and training to empower the sales team and enhance productivity.
    • Marketing Strategy: Design and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy, including national events, aligned with sales objectives.

    Qualifications

    • Required Skills:

      • Proven experience in sales enablement, sales operations, or a related role.
      • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret and visualize complex data.
      • Advanced Excel proficiency (e.g., Pivot Tables, Index Match, Macros).
      • Familiarity with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI and query languages like SQL.
      • Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
      • Experience building and optimizing Salesforce workflows and reports.
    • Preferred Experience:

      • 3+ years of professional experience in data analytics or business analysis.
      • Background in supporting sales operations or similar business functions.
      • Familiarity with tools and systems commonly used in tech or manufacturing industries.

    Compensation & Benefits

    • Competitive Salary: $100,000 - $140,000 DOE.
