Key Responsibilities
- Data Analysis: Analyze large datasets to uncover trends, identify opportunities, and support strategic business decisions.
- Reporting and Dashboards: Build and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor key metrics, operational performance, and business outcomes.
- Business Insights: Collaborate with sales, operations, and leadership teams to provide actionable insights and recommendations for business growth and efficiency.
- CRM Development: Optimize Salesforce to improve data accuracy, streamline workflows, and generate meaningful reports for decision-making.
- Data Management: Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across systems and processes.
- Process Improvement: Identify and implement opportunities to enhance data processes and reporting frameworks.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with various departments to address their data needs and deliver customized analytical solutions.
- Sales Support Programs: Develop tools, resources, and training to empower the sales team and enhance productivity.
- Marketing Strategy: Design and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy, including national events, aligned with sales objectives.
Qualifications
Required Skills:
- Proven experience in sales enablement, sales operations, or a related role.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret and visualize complex data.
- Advanced Excel proficiency (e.g., Pivot Tables, Index Match, Macros).
- Familiarity with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI and query languages like SQL.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience building and optimizing Salesforce workflows and reports.
Preferred Experience:
- 3+ years of professional experience in data analytics or business analysis.
