Sales Engineer - HVAC Supply Company - Base Salary to 135k/year - Milwaukee, WI

• Our client, is a fast growing HVAC supply and manufacturing company that focuses on steam and hydronics. They have an immediate opening for a Sales Engineer, to handle territory between Milwaukee and Kenosha. They are a tight-knit group and are looking for someone that aligns well with their company culture where everyone feels supported and valued.

Responsibilities:

• The Sales Engineer will be responsible for generating new business and helping to troubleshoot and assist existing customers. They will also be responsible for preparing quotes for systems and parts, design builds, working with contractors or end users.

Qualifications:

• The ideal candidate for this position will have at least 2+ years of proven sales engineering success, preferably with experience in steam and or hydronics. The candidate should be independent, self-motivated, and driven to take complete ownership over their role. They should possess strong CRM experience and exceptional customer service skills.

Compensation:

• Our client is offering a base salary in the 100k - 135k/year range and commission structure. The company offers a comprehensive benefits package, 401k, PTO, and much more.
