    POSITION SUMMARY

    We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team at Embraer Executive Jets to support strategic partnerships, M&A, and corporate venture initiatives. In this role, you will lead and develop the corporate venture capital strategy, oversee strategic partnerships and M&A activities, and support corporate development initiatives within the executive aviation business unit. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate investment opportunities, analyze market trends, and support new product development efforts. Additionally, you will engage with stakeholders, including investors, suppliers, and internal teams, to execute key strategic objectives.

    JOB RESPONSIBLITIES

    • Work with Business Aviation product planning and product marketing
    • Listen to the market understanding customer needs and requests
    • Corporate Venture Strategy & Deal Flow: Lead and maintain the corporate venture capital scouting and managing the deal flow for the executive aviation business unit.
    • Strategic Partnerships & M&A: Develop and manage the company's strategic partnerships, joint ventures, and M&A strategy. Evaluate potential acquisitions and alliances, ensuring alignment with long-term business goals.
    • Investment & Partnership Evaluation: Analyze and diligence investment opportunities, strategic partnerships, and joint ventures. Ensure alignment with the business unit's strategic objectives and identify areas for synergies.
    • Supplier Relationship Management: Lead supplier relationships and manage annual roadmap assessments to ensure awareness and understanding of supplier's future product roadmaps.
    • Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with the Programs, Market Strategy, and Finance teams to evaluate and support new product business cases, including product positioning, market trends, and competitive analysis.
    • Market Research & Competitive Intelligence: Support new product development and competitive intelligence efforts through in-depth market research, analysis, and reporting.
    • Stakeholder Engagement & Relationship Management: Nurture relationships with investors, stakeholders, and strategic partners, ensuring alignment and timely communication of developments and opportunities.

    ESSENTIAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

    Education:

    • Bachelor of Science degree in Aerospace Engineering or equivalent
    • MBA preferred

    Experience:

    • 3+ years' experience in Business Aviation in related area.
    • Data analytics and programming skills required.
    • Bilingual preferred

    **Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: **

    • Comprehension and understanding of broad practices associated within the field assigned.
    • Applies these understandings in the completion of moderately complex work assignments.
    • Good communication skills (Written & Verbal)
    • Strong skills in aviation/financial/economy analysis.
    • Understanding of Market Strategy/Product Planning/Competitive Intelligence techniques.
    • Knowledge of business and administration principles.
    • Knowledge in project management.
    • Strong computer skills in (Word, Excel, and Power Point as well as Qualtrics and Salesforce).
    • Programming skills – a plus.
