The Opportunity:
We're hiring our first Sales Engineer! The Sales Engineer will play a critical role in supporting our sales team by delivering compelling and customized product demonstrations, assisting in discovery sessions, and providing expert technical guidance to prospects. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working as a Sales Engineer within the legal technology sector, preferably with a focus on CRM solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of the legal industry, strong technical skills, and the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
- Product Demonstrations:Work closely with the sales team to deliver tailored product demonstrations that address the specific needs and pain points of prospective law firm clients.
- Customization of Demonstrations: Customize and configure the CRM software for demonstrations to showcase its full potential and relevance to the client's requirements.
- Technical Discovery:Collaborate with the sales team during the discovery phase to uncover technical needs and challenges, ensuring that our solution is positioned as the best fit for the client's needs.
- Technical Expertise:Provide in-depth technical support to the sales team and potential clients, answering questions related to product features, integrations, and technical requirements.
- Solution Design:Assist in designing technical solutions that meet the specific needs of law firms, leveraging the full capabilities of our CRM software.
- Client Engagement:Build strong relationships with prospective clients, acting as a trusted technical advisor throughout the sales process.
- Collaboration:Work closely with product development and customer success teams to ensure alignment between client needs and product capabilities.
Qualifications:
- Experience : Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Sales Engineer within the legal technology industry, with a preference for candidates who have worked with CRM solutions tailored for law firms.
- Technical Skills : Strong technical acumen with the ability to understand and explain complex software solutions. Experience with CRM systems and integrations is highly desirable.
- Industry Knowledge : Deep understanding of the legal industry and the unique challenges law firms face in managing client relationships.
- Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Problem-Solving : Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing client needs.
- Team Player : Ability to work collaboratively with sales, product development, and customer success teams to deliver exceptional client experiences.
