    Job Overview:

    We are looking for an experienced Sales Engineer to join our team, specializing in manufacturing solutions with a focus on CNC machinery. This role is central to helping clients streamline their production processes by providing tailored equipment and tooling solutions. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical acumen, an understanding of CNC systems, and a talent for cultivating long-lasting client relationships.

     

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Assess client needs to propose solutions from a range of CNC machinery, industrial tools, and automation products.

    • Deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations, addressing client questions on performance, functionality, and specifications.

    • Partner with internal engineering teams to ensure solutions are customized to meet client production requirements.

    • Build and maintain relationships with clients to develop accounts and identify opportunities for future growth.

    • Provide technical support and troubleshooting, guiding clients through pre- and post-sale inquiries.

    • Stay updated on industry advancements and competitor products to inform clients on cutting-edge technology.

     

    Required Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or a related field) or equivalent technical experience.

    • 3+ years of experience in sales engineering, applications engineering, or technical sales with a focus on CNC or manufacturing equipment.

    • Solid understanding of CNC machinery, automation systems, and manufacturing technologies.

    • Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical information into client-focused solutions.

    • Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings and specifications.

    • Willingness to travel domestically as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.

     

    Preferred Skills:

    • Familiarity with CRM systems for managing client relationships and sales tracking.

    • Knowledge of CAD/CAM software and other industry-specific applications.

    • Analytical skills for understanding client needs and tailoring precise solutions.
